Ian Shippey

Ian is an associate at the firm. Ian’s practice centers around the representation of electric utilities in telecom matters, including pole attachment, joint use, and colocation, as well as spent nuclear fuel litigation. This practice spans multiple disciplines, including day-to-day consultation with clients, contract negotiations, state and federal rulemaking proceedings, and litigated disputes in state court, federal court, state commissions, and the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to joining Langley & Bromberg, Ian spent several years defending companies in insurance coverage matters and general civil litigation.

Outside of the office, Ian enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children.
