Robin F. Bromberg
Robin is a co-founder and member of the firm. Robin's practice is devoted to representing electric utilities in telecom matters, including pole attachment and joint use, as well as spent nuclear fuel litigation. Her practice spans multiple disciplines, ranging from day-to-day consultation with clients to major matter representation in contract negotiations, state and federal rulemaking proceedings, and litigated disputes in state court, federal court, state utility commissions, and the Federal Communications Commission. Robin spent nearly 9 years at a regional law firm before forming Langley & Bromberg LLC in 2016. She speaks frequently at joint use conferences and trade meetings across the country. Her core litigation practice focuses on joint use, pole attachments, energy and spent nuclear fuel litigation.

Counsel for electric utilities in multiple complaint proceedings before the Federal Communications Commission; counsel for numerous electric utilities in pole attachment and joint use matters in state and federal courts.
POLE ATTACHMENT, JOINT USE & TELECOM CONSULTATION
Provides advice and counsel to electric utilities regarding their relationships with third-party attachers (CATV, Telecom, etc.); represents electric utilities in negotiation of pole attachment and joint use agreements.
SPENT NUCLEAR FUEL LITIGATION
Represents electric utilities in claims against the United States for its failure to develop a permanent repository for the storage of spent nuclear fuel.
